电流互感器发生二次开路故障,一般可从以下现象进行判断:
1、电流表计指示异常, DCS及ECS上相关参数异常,一般是降低或为零。用于测量表计的电流回路开路,会使三相电流表指示不一致、功率表指示降低。如表计指示时有时无,则可能处于半开路状态(接触不良)。
2、电流互感器本体有无噪声、振动不均匀、严重发热、冒烟等现象。
3、电流互感器二次回路端子、元件线头有放电、打火现象。
4、继保发生误动或拒动。
5、电度表、继电器或电流互感器附近设备等冒烟烧坏。而有无功功率表及电度表、远动装置的变送器、保护装置的继电器烧坏,不仅会使电流互感器二次开路,还会使电压互感器二次短路,产生更严重的事故。
电流互感器发生二次开路的处理
解除与该电流互感器有关的可能引起误动的保护,同时记录电流互感器开路时间,以便修正电量。
尽量减小一次负荷电流。若电流互感器严重损伤,应转移负荷,停电处理。
设法在就近的试验端子上用良好的短接线按图纸将电流互感器二次短路,再检查处理开路点。
若短接时发现有火花,那么短接应该是有效的,故障点应该就在短接点以下的回路中,可进一步查找。若短接时没有火花,则短接无效,故障点可能在短接点以前的回路中,可逐点向前变换短接点,缩小范围检查。若开路点在电流互感器本体的接线端子上,则应停电处理。
