如何评价协作工具 Slack

从去年11月份内测时开始试用，当时是在推上，看到 @杜潇 推荐，就顺手注册了下，然后在团队内部开始慢慢用起来。
基本没有感到什么使用障碍，就是觉得很方便，大体有以下几点：
方便的channel
可以为不同的project创建channel，可以为兴趣爱好创建channel（如coc），可以为不同的技术话题创建channel（如docker）。创建channel也很方便，起个名字，加上描述就可以了。然后可以去拉人，别人看到后也可以加进来。
和QQ群不一样的是，一个QQ群如果创建了，那么其他人并不知道它的存在，除非被邀请加入。而Slack的channel如果不是private的，那么谁都能看到，谁都能加入。这样就不会漏掉自己感兴趣的话题。
无干扰的通知
QQ有一个特性是「强干扰」，比如某个群，有了新消息就会弹出提示，如果设为免打扰，又怕错过重要内容。而Slack的好处是可以设置为只有别人提到了我或者我关注的关键词时才弹出提示。
超低的沟通成本
如果发现自己的产品某块有点小缺陷或者小建议，可以在相应的channel提出来，需要的话还可以@一下PM或技术。如果没有这么方便的途径，那么就只能邮件、QQ、当面这几种途径，容易产生「一个屁大点事还这么较真」这样的感觉。
强大的第三方集成
是的，你能想到的Slack很有可能也想到并做到了。可以在这里集成Dropbox、Google Drive、Trello、Github等等各种常见的第三方客户端，甚至可以订阅RSS源统一输出到某个Channel。
比如绑定Google Drive后，在Slack发送一条Google Doc的链接，可以直接显示Doc的内容，并且自动更新Doc内容。
比如绑定Trello后，可以设置某个Board的更新同步到某个Channel。
可折腾性
如果只是把它作为一个聊天工具，那么它能满足你的需求，如果想玩点花样，可以找Slackbot玩，它提供了一些高级玩法，比如查看所有订阅的RSS源，可以发送`/feed list`，当然也不能少了各种快捷键。
其他
Slack是Flickr的CoFounder创建的，品质上还是有点保证的。产品的细节做得不错，而且也是在很用心地完善。这是Version 1.33的 Waht's New

但也有很多因素导致它无法在国内被大范围接受，比如：国人很难用的明白老外的产品；慢，甚至被qiang；习惯了QQ、Email、微信等沟通工具。所以在国内它注定是小众的，但这些人往往是很优秀的。
