漏电保护开关制作的原理为:火线与零线在开关内的节点下侧平行缠绕于一圆形高导磁材料圈上,该圈上同时还缠绕着一测量线。当有电流通过时,火线流出的电流经过用电器后沿零线流回,这时在圆形的高导磁材料圈上火线电流与零线电流大小相等方向相反,测量线上无感应信号。反之,当用电器漏电时,一部分电流通过地线流走,这时在圆形的高导磁材料圈上火线电流与零线电流大小不相等方向相反,测量线上产生感应信号,该信号经过放大后启动电磁铁跳闸。
所以,从漏电保护开关处引出的零线一定要与相同的火线同接于用电器上,否则就会出问题。
