不知道你这个盘是什么，如果是系统安装光盘并且是好的就不会出现这个启动失败的提示
若你真有可用的系统安装光盘就这样做：
把安装盘放入光驱，重启电脑，连续按键盘右下角的del键，进BIOS，选择第一引导设备为CDROM（光驱），保存设置后就可以安装系统了
