(6)表皮下基底膜带 位于基底细胞层下方,起着连结表皮与真皮的作用.在PAS染色时,在表皮真皮连接处可见一条均匀一致的紫红色带,称为表皮下基底膜带.PAS反应阳性,说明其中含有相当多量的中性黏多糖.
