60-80安,这只是一个参考值,按照工件厚薄,立焊,平焊,仰焊,点焊,电流不同,按照自己习惯的手法,逐步微调,这里说的是实际电流,并非焊机表显电流,切记.国标焊机2.5焊条60安到80安电流是只大不小的,虚标焊机尤其是单板小机器实际80安,但是会给你标到200来卖,所以我们只说实际电流,不会说电焊机的表显电流,欢迎来百度贴吧,电焊机吧来共同学习

直径2.5毫米焊条,不适合焊接厚度为5毫米的镀锌材质。2.5焊条直径太细,焊接电流受限,焊缝熔深浅焊不透。除非多层多道焊,那样效率太低,也不易排出溶渣和镀锌层。
应选用直径3.2毫米焊条,焊接电流120-140a之间。
