怎么会想不通呢。原理很简单,这个是电流互感器,举个实际的例子。我这里全部用的是理想情况,排除其他影响因素。
比如你100/5的电流互感器,假定你一次侧是100A,那么你二次侧电流是5A吧。
问题来了。二次侧电流就是5A,这是一定的。那么假设你电流互感器的负载为5欧姆,那么你电流互感器二次侧电压是1V吧。 根据U=IR。电流一定的情况下,电压和电阻成正比。
继续上面的例子,假设你二次侧负载等效电阻为无穷大,那么的二次侧的电压也是无穷大吧。 你二次侧开路,不就相当于二次侧接了一个超大的电阻吗,不就在二次侧产生一个超大的电压吗。这个高电压会击穿电流互感器,当然会爆炸了!!

35KV电流互感器爆炸原因有很多,例如:
(1)线圈绕制质量差,电容屏严重错位,绝缘浸渍不彻底,电容屏间有空气、水分等杂质存在。
(2)由于电流互感器绝缘层包扎缺陷引起局部放电,导致电流互感器内部绝缘层损坏,最后发生爆炸。
(3)绕制电容芯棒用的电缆纸含水量偏高,在电流互感器运行的热状态下产生热击穿。没有经过干燥处理的绝缘纸,纸中含水量为7%~10%,一般运行中电流互感器绝缘纸的含水量不大于2%。
(4)在真空干燥过程中,由于绝缘纸的收缩引起铝箔撕裂,造成局部电场集中,烧坏绝缘层。
