I'm glad to hear you'll come to China.You may like to try some Chinese food during your trip.There are more than hundred dishes you must try and the food in the north and south of China are very different.I highly recommend a dish called "Hot Pot" which is the most traditional Chinese food.Moreover,Chinese dumplings and Bao are very nice as well.
