=IF(A4>=90,"优秀",IF(A4>=80,"良好",IF(A4>=60,"及格","不及格")))

如果是大于,则条件从大到小

因为你先用A4>=60,那就把别60大的全包含了,用大于应从大往小进行判断,用小于要用从小到大。
