Dear President,      I am Li Hua, a second year student in the Education Department of OUF university. I'm writing to inform you of the true conditions of our canteen service.      I don't know how to begin my account because the service is really bad. Please read my letter patiently and do something about it. We would be grateful for whatever you do for us students.  Firstly,the cleaning is not timely, the ground is full of the leftover food. Secondly,There are a lot of flies and mosquitoes, many students were bitten. Thirdly, management is poor, and the public awareness is lacking, students throw things everywhere. I have several solutions. First, get more people to form good habits by asking them to be more thoughtful of their behaviors and protect our environment. Second, make people pick up their own litter.
