on one hand 与on the other hand是什么关系

在一方面……在另一方面……这两者之前的关系应该可以说是对立关系，前后应该是两个相反的事物或看法，比如前者是优点，后面则会阐明缺点；前者如果表示赞同的观点，后面就会表示反对的观点。

比如：
