碳C:1.40~1.60硅Si:0.30~0.50 锰Mn:0.30~0.50 铬Cr:11.0~13.0 钒V:0.80 钼Mo:0.70~1.20

H14模具钢属于铬-钨型热作模具钢,具有比H13为代表的铬-钼型热作模具钢更高的红硬性和耐磨性;与3Cr2W8V为代表的钨系热作模具钢相比红硬性偏低,但该钢的韧性和抗热疲劳性明显优于3Cr2W8V,抗氧化性和抗冲蚀性也优于3Cr2W8V。电渣重容钢,该钢具有高的淬透性和抗热裂能力,该钢含有较高含量的碳和钒,耐磨性好,韧性相对有所减弱,具有良好的耐热性,在较高温度时具有较好的强度和硬度,高的耐磨性的韧性,优良的综合力学性能和较高的抗回火稳定性。

用途:用于制造冲击载荷大的锻模,热挤压模,精锻模;铝、铜及其合金压铸模

热处理工艺

去应力退火:工件粗加工后,加热至600~650℃,保温2h,随炉冷却到500℃,出炉空冷。

淬火: 工件缓慢升温到600℃,保温20min进行第一次预热,均温后升至850℃,再保温30min进行第二次预热,最后升温到1020~1040℃,保温25~40min,出炉空冷。

回火:淬火后应立即回火,并回火至少两次,每次保温时间不低于2h

注意:淬火后应及时回火,防止开裂,并要防止表面脱碳,量规及高精度模具应进行深冷处理(-70℃),并采用高温回火,减少工件变形,高温回火温度500~560℃,硬度大于58HRC
