Graphitizing Is Wrong

Yesterday I went to the park with my classmates, and saw a boy was spraying graffiti on the walls. I thought that it was wrong. Unauthorized graffiti damages the public property. It creates eyesore on the clean walls, leaves marks that are contradicting the atmosphere and causes dirty walls that are difficult to clean up. I hope that he can plan it well and create some nice pieces of work to beautify the city, after getting permission from the government.
