电子管整流与使用晶体管桥路整流从最终效果上讲是一样,都是将交流转换为直流。但如果是胆机用,考虑到功率管由于加上冷高压对寿命的影响,推荐使用电子二极管整流。
我们知道,电子管在阴级被加热前是不会产生阳极电流的。这样电子二极管整流电路有一个特点,当刚加电时,整流电路是没有输出的,只有在经过一段时间2-5S后,当二极管阴极被加热到可以发射电子时,电压才会慢慢的建立到正常工作电压。这样加在放大电子管上的电压也是逐渐建立的。这样有利于提高功率管的寿命。而使用晶体管桥路整流时,直流电压在通电瞬间就建立,这样导致两个后果,一是开机冲击电流很大。二是功率管阴极在刚加电未正常加热时就被加上正常工作电压,此时容易出现阴极电子被强制拉出而出现功率管冷击穿。

这个问题在发烧界还有争议:
大多数胆机烧友是不用晶体二极管整流电路的,他们说这样做就不是纯胆机了,会有石机的味道。但他也有缺点,那就是胆整流滤波电容的容量不能选择过大!否则通电瞬间电流过大烧毁整流管!
另外还有部分人说,晶体二极管整流效率高、线性好、耗电少,可以节省电源变压器的资源,用来供给功放管更强的动力........。滤波电容加到几百uF都没问题,背景噪音几乎为“零”!
总之,都是发烧烧的!我个人感觉区别不大。各有利弊,自己决定......。
