饱和蒸汽实际上是水分子由液态转变为气态的临界值,饱和蒸汽由于温度或压力的改变,部分气态水分子转变为液态,即蒸汽中携带了部分的水时就称其为“湿蒸汽”。完全气态水分子称为“干蒸汽”。

干蒸汽从不饱和到湿饱和再到干饱和的过程温度是不增加的,干饱和之后继续加热则温度会上升,成为过热蒸汽。

3、特点不同

工业厂房选择蒸汽加湿时,在风道或空调机组加湿环节上最常见的问题是滴水,引起滴水的最主要原因是加湿蒸汽遇到冷的物体产生冷凝水,这种凝水的存在会对加湿设备、空调机组,乃至生产设备产生安全隐患。

在饱和温度下,湿饱和蒸汽的黏度非常低。在100~370℃温度范围内,蒸汽的黏度仅为0.01~0.02mPa·s。蒸汽黏度低是导致其窜流的重要原因之一。
